IEJ-ESA 1996 Joint Symposium on Electrostatics Proceedings

Following the success of the first US-Japan joint meeeting, the two national socities for electrostatics again sponsered an international meeting covering the latest in research results. This year's symposium gathered a total of 35 research papers; 9 from North America, 18 from Japan, and 8 from other regions. The papers presented at this year's meeting cover traditional applications in air pollution control, electrophotography, and dielectric behavior. Many recently important topics, such as nonthermal plasma processing, adaptive optics, and biological vector control are also presented.
